I can definitely name my personal #1 for Disney restaurants!:

1. California Grill (Contemporary)

Here's some more of my favorites in no particular order: Teppanyaki Dining Room (Japan), Liberty Tree Tavern (MK), Chef Mickey's (Contemporary), Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge)...ah, too many to put, I love them all, especially resort restaurants because they tend to be a little less crowded and a little more quiet

My 10 favorites are:

1. Prime Time cafe - MGM - Pot Roast. My favorite meal on property in the best themed resturant, IMO.

2. L'Originale Alfredo di Roma - Epcot - Fettuccine all'Alfredo. It's got to be the most beautiful resturant found in the parks (Notice we usually don't take time to eat at the resorts). And the Fettuccine is to die for here. It is a little pricey here so I would suggest eating a late lunch. Well worth it though.

3. Le Cellier - Epcot - Steak Burger. Only served at lunch. All other cheese burgers pale in comparison to this one. It is also a beautiful resturant with a great bread selection.

4. Liberty Tree Tavern - Magic Kingdom - Pilgrim’s Feast. Only served at lunch. I love this turkey and dressing meal. They also have great bread if you ask for it.

5. Flame Tree BBQ - Animal Kingdom - Anything. Don't be put off by this not being a full service resturant. The food is absolutely fantastic. I would reccomend the smoked pork BBQ sandwich with baked beans and corn on the cobb. Very good food.

6. San Angel Inn - Epcot - Not sure :). Well I love this place because of the setting and the fantastic chips and salsa. Actually there isn't really anything on the regular menu I would like (I'm a really picky eater). But even though I'm 6'3", 260 pound, 20 year old, they still let me order off of the kids menu  If they would offer just plain old Quesadillas in an adult portion, I would be happy to get that. But it's only on the kids menu, so I have to get that. My parents would reccomend the Ensalada Mexicana, taco salad though.

7. Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe - Magic Kingdom - Burgers, chicken, salads. I love this place because it is so large and you can get so many things there. They have really good (but messy) Rotisserie chicken there.

8. Teppenyaki Dining Room - Epcot - Japan - Shrimp. I really like the food here, but it is WAY over priced. I would only consider the lunch menu because $22.99 for the shrimp at dinner is unbelieveable.

9. Rainforest Cafe - Animal Kingdom - Various items. Some people are down on this place, but everything I've got here was good. I think these places are themed quite well and I have always found the food to be above par.

Well I can only come up with 9. I would HIGHLY reccoment the top 5 though.

Ok - - I LOVED BOMA!!! Definitely on my top 10 list now. The food was phenominal. The atmosphere was nice, but nothing exceptional. My server wasn't as good as most I've had. The food however, blows away any minor issues with the service and atmosphere. I could eat there nearly every day of a WDW trip!

Don't forget Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian. It's rated Five Diamonds by the AAA and Four Stars by the Mobil Guide. The cuisine is exceptional, the atmosphere stunning, and the service is world-class. Truly a gastronomic gem!

My DH and I went there on our honeymoon and we both feel that we are in the minority here- but we weren't impressed with that place at all- too stuffy for us.
