I think it's time WDW get the same great Toon Town that Disneyland has! Get rid of the tents! They have the room if they would only get rid of the 20K Under the Sea. If they ever do this they have to make a House of Mouse!

I don't agree with you on paving over the lagoon, but yes, I think we deserve the same ToonTown as DL. All we really need is Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin! Unfortunately, Steven Spielberg/Amblin will never say yes to it.

I don't really want to see 20k paved over either, but if they wont reopen it they might as well. Its they only place Toon Town could be. They are land locked.

Get Rid of IT!

I really dislike "Toontown" at WDW. It's ok for DL and there it should stay. WDW offers much better experience and should not have a "permanent" facility for this kind of attraction. I think we need to give WDW some more time.

I like toon town I think it's just so cute and kid friendly. It feels like you've stumbled into a real toon town. it's all big and cheesy and bright. I think it's a neat part of the park that should stay, at least for the kids.

I agree with you, Kathy...it's all about the kids....this is the place where Mickey and Minnie live and the fantasy of visiting them in their homes is priceless...it's unconscionable to me to rip this away from the little ones ... :(

Not a huge loss. I have always considered Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin to be somewhat overrated. But I do agree the area should be improved.

Why? I thought it was really neat when I was at DL! I like the spinning cars so you can see the attraction from different angles. but i haven't been there for awhile so my memories might be blurred.

I, too, really loved RRCS when I went on it years ago. I remember the que being really cool, full of stuff from the movie. A very "cartoony" ride, and in some parts it almost reminded me of Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. You could choose to spin the cars around, ala Tea Cups, or just sit back and enjoy the ride.
