My boyfriend and I leave in 64 days for Disney World. We are both so excited. I usually go 2 times a year, which is pretty good considering I am from Wisconsin, but he has not been to Disney World since he was a kid. He really doesnt remember much of anything. I was talking to him about the parks and attractions and answering his questions about the trip. The funny part was when I said I can't wait for him to ride Soarin because it is so much fun he replied with "I can't wait to ride the monorail!" LOL wow he just has no idea how much excitement and fun is ahead of him. I CANT WAIT!!!! :) :sohappy: :ROFLOL:

That is cute! It sounds like you're in for a great trip! I love riding the monorail too. I think the thing that's so exciting about it is that it's the one thing you do right before you go into a Disney Park - so the anticipation is at it's absolute highest. :)

Wow, that is cute. I hope you have a lot of fun as you introduce him to the latest in the World! I bet he'll become addicted just as much as you are. (if not more!)

I love riding the monorails too! When we were kids, my mom would drive us down to the parks. She wouldn't want to wait a day on our tickets for just a couple of hours, so to keep us amused, we would ride around on the monorail. We thought that was so great!!!

Call me weird, but I love the smell on the monorails. It's one of those unique Disney scents:lookaroun

That's one of the reasons I like flying into Orlando. They have that mini monorail that you have to ride to get from the gates. It's like a preview!

BTW, I usually also get to WDW twice a year, but during the winter months. It's a great escape from the cold Wisconsin winters!

Have a great time. Since he hasn't been there since he was a kid, I think he would qualify as a first timer so make sure he gets a button!
