Hi Everyone....
I made reservations for Kona Cafe and I plan on getting the Tonga Toast again. I know there was a little bit of controversy when they changed up the bread last year. I've only had it once and it was after the change and I thought it was delicious so no worries there.
I noticed that Captain Cook's offers this as a breakfast quick service option. Has anyone tried it at both locations? Is it the same or is it smaller? I figure there's nothing wrong with saving a few bucks and I can be out a lot quicker and on my way to MK. Kona serves the toast with a breakfast meat (sausage, bacon or ham) and a slice of pineapple along with that strawberry syrup. So it's looking like if you can manage without the meat, slice of fruit and syrup then the QS option is the way to go. I'm guessing that it comes out of the same kitchen anyway.
