Yes, I can confirm this too. I've worked Night of Joy (night of hell :fork: ) in there. Sonny is safe and sound below.

MKT and others on this board have commented that many times churches bring youth groups to Night of Joy and let their teens run around unsupervised, and many of them are roudy and rude and disrespectful.

Unfortunately give a bad rep to the event for many. I wish churches would realize this and crack down on bringing (or keeping) disruptive kids on their trip. They hurt their very message.

And as for crowds, it completely sells out every year.

Anyhoo... as for topic at hand, I think the Starlight Cafe was originally called "The Tomorrowland Terrace." And I too remember the singers coming up from the ground on Sonny's stage. I have old home movies (Super 8mm!) of them rising up out of the ground and singing in their groovy '70s clothes! :lol:

. . . and if Vault Disney were still around, you could see the "groovy" singers rise up on the stage on the "Follow Us to Walt Disney World" video, I think.

When was the last time the galaxy palace theater was used for anything? I remember when I first went back in 99 I think they had some kinda of alien dating game thing? I might be way off, i didnt see it just kinda remember hearing it.
