Tomorrowland fireworks party... terrace or garden view?

My mom and I did the party earlier this month with the garden viewing. It was perfect. The view was spot on and as a previous post stated no one was standing, we just sprawled out on the grass for the entire show. We may have enjoyed it so much that we skipped Fantasmic the following night and went back to do the dessert party a second night... but I'm not sure I'm ready to admit that

I'm doing the garden view in mid-September. I have a hunch it's the better choice: It's cheaper and you're out on the lawn with a more straight on view. If I were with my Mother, I'd do the terrace view for sure because she would need someplace to sit. But it's just me so I'm fine with standing.

Maybe I'm not understanding something (but that's not gonna stop me from trying to help anyway!). Terrace or Garden View refers to your view from your room, while the Tomorrowland Fireworks Party is in Tomorrowland. Right?

I learned it about 3 weeks ago when this subject first came up. As much as I would like to, I don't know everything, and asking questions is how we learn.

It's worth noting that the garden plaza view option is extremely new. Not long ago the only dessert party option was the terrace at the tables. I'd wager that a large percentage of people who have been here for years and know everything Disney still might not know there is a garden plaza view option now.

this is true it is how we learn, this way we dont spend time saying what do we do next lol people that dont learn and plan and wing a trip dont get alot out of their money

we did the terrace View before, we were lucky to have the first table along the rail , the view wasnt head on it was still beautiful, and Tinkerbell flew right over us, however with the new fireworks show there is alot of projections so a straight on view would make more sense, I will find out in december
