Well you can (could?) shoot the riverboat as it went by so firearms?I wonder how many "dangerous" props we'll see removed after this. Obviously, it had to have been from inside the park because that would have never gotten through security, at least I hope not.
And the reports online say he was dressed in camouflage attire, holding a hatchet and singing country bear jamboree songs. Now that's a sight to see!Lots of discussion on Twitter about an armed man walking around Tom Sawyer Island causing it to be evacuated, and heavy security presence was reported. From what I've gathered it was a teenager with a hatchet prop he took from the island.

Wellll....Let's hope so. Sounds like a great Florida Man incident. And also somebody I'd probably like to party with.
There’s a lot more trends than this to enable some things to be compared to six flagsYes. Disney isnt immune to isolated incidents so lets compare them to Six Flags.
Lately, the behavior of both management and guests has invited such comparisons.Yes. Disney isnt immune to isolated incidents so lets compare them to Six Flags.
I guess the question could be asked is how close does he have to get before one can identify a prop from an actual hatchet? After it is imbedded in your skull it is going to be difficult to run from danger. You make it sound like the way the world is today we should be able to just assume it's plastic.Lots of discussion on Twitter about an armed man walking around Tom Sawyer Island causing it to be evacuated, and heavy security presence was reported. Management has for to long catered to those that behave badly. Free passes, free items so they don't get angry. My question is who the hell cares if they don't come back again? I don't, but the more it gets out that a Disney park is no longer a secure place, the more the timid will not go there out of fear, like they don't go to six flags because of it. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at WDW, DLR and DLP over the years, where the hell is my free pass or free items. They have created there own nightmare by being worried about those few that are there sometimes to fake problems just to get the bling.Lately, the behavior of both management and guests has invited such comparisons.
Was he holding a hatchet? This guy talked to my family and I didn't really even notice him so I guess I didn't find him too suspicious.
