The lack of water fountains are very obvious for the upcoming show, screens are not doing the magic the way Fantasmic, Legend of Mythica, or Braviseamo's fountains do.
This may have more Fountians than F! On each Barge(except the Ship) and the center thing.

What im curious about this show, Is that this may not be a steve davison creation, It seems like Disneyland Forever style, You have to watch on different angles and yet you get a different flavor of the show youll be enticed to watch it multiple times.

Actually believe sea of dreams barges have 11 fountains as opposed to the 9 fountains in the fantasmic barges. But the barges do need some more fountains especially the main barge. The show itself does lack that "wow" moment seen in braviseamo (prometeo rising out of the water) and fantasmic (dragon appearing through the mirror). The soundtrack is amazing though and the new original song is wonderful.

It’s not created by him? I assumed it was cause “Friend Like Me” was in the show which seems to be a requirement for his nighttime spectaculars worldwide in recent years.

I actually had no idea about how many they were, I just looked at the rehearsals and thought that the fountains were so apart from each other like the one in Harmonious. I like it better on what they did in Fantasmic, those fountains are placed just right and when it dances it's like they are one piece and you see them better too.

Is it just me or do the English vocals on "Every Wish Deserves a Dream" that's used in the show sound a lot like Eden Espinosa (Celebrate! Tokyo Disneyland, Magical! at DLR, etc.)?

OLC announced Believe will be eligible for Disney Premier Access at a staggering ¥2500 a pop. That’s around $16 now, would be $22ish in normal times.

More crowded days get Plan B, less crowded days get Plan A. Green represents Entry Request (read: Lottery), blue is Premier Access, and pink is Vacation Packages.

I think we’ve finally seen the day OLC has become more greedy than Disney, this locks a good 80-85% of the viewing area behind a paywall or pure luck.

I'm sorry I really don't get the logic on people who complains when Disney releases a pay wall.

When Universal does it, people doesn't seem to get upset nor complain, But when Disney parks does it they become the villian.

From the words of wanda (that doesnt seem fair).

At the end of the day people will buy whatever they're serving and that's reality and that's business period.

Because at Universal you still have a very fair chance to visit Super Nintendo World even if you don’t buy Express Pass. It’s possible to do pretty much everything at that park in a couple of days without spending more than admission.

I believe there’s a ceiling to what the Japanese market will take. People here don’t make very much, all this nickel-and-diming on top of 30% more expensive tickets is only going to drive people to visit less, and for so much less than they’re getting compared to pre-COVID. Even my non-fan friends who have gone lately are complaining about how much everything costs now at Disney.

Fact is miss thing, OLC lost a lot of money during pandemic and of course they want there money back. and to state the obvious they're running a business, What they want is to make the investors happy.

Unpopular opinion is that They really don't care if you hate the product or not, it's how the consumers react spend their money on it.

They're trying to push the envelope even further because people will buy whatever they throw in it.

DPA is already a success financially and in a marketing perspective they don't care if they get a positive or negative buzz, As long as they get exposure guests will try the product and boom profit for them.

If lets say alot of people hate the new product and it affected their profits on the long run. You will see a change but for now as long as Guests are buying what they sell to you expect new paywalls to arrive (Genie+ ).

and if you really hate what they're selling then dont buy it, It's just an option no one is forcing you to pay those extra options.

Not close to 85% of the viewing. The entire backside of the lagoon is open seating/viewing, and the show is much more 360 than Fantasmic.

Here's the thing — it looks open, but a good chunk of that space actually isn't. Ponte Vecchio has small pockets you can watch the show from, mostly a few windows where one or two people could stand, a dozen or so could fit in the other outside areas. Guest Control likes to push people along from that space anyway, they always did during Fantasmic! Fortress Explorations is very hit or miss because Guest Control will be likely to move guests along rather than letting them clog up the place as well. The walkway between Zambini and Soaring is unviewable because the ramp is blocked from the harbor by trees and the stairs will need to be open for guest flow. The only other area that'll be open is that bridge between the Soaring overflow area and Mysterious Island. I've seen Japanese fans voicing the same concerns, and I don't see this as an exaggeration at all. This is bad.

Its kinda bitter sweet moment, Like the show unofficially starts today and we still have no dancers and lackluster lineup of entertainment on DisneySea.

Yes, They already hired cast members for the recently opened shows, but then again BBB and Hangar stage are still doing the Covid version of the show. But hey i hope that this show is a step up with regards to entertainment offerings at the park.
