TDS still seems so light on entertainment

I’m assuming that they hope to fill the gap with fantasy springs but the excessively top heavy offerings is exactly why I don’t really like DHS and SDL, I really hope they fix the offerings because TDS is falling fast on my park rankings

I still don’t really get their logic there unless they are really just banking on fantasy springs

Disneyland is the park that’s more balanced and full when you pull out entertainment, it has more rides, more food options and more Merch locations

So why return Disneyland’s entertainment faster than DisneySea when DisneySea is the one who needs it more, without its entertainment sea also has worst capacity issues because it doesn’t have a lot of C and D tickets that can absorb capacity from the E tickets

The new parade has like 95% less performers and 50% less floats.. it’s also has 100% less fun. This feels like something that would have happened at WDW.

The new nighttime show at TDS is a technical marvel… probably what harmonious should have been but harmonious had better soundtrack imo

Has anyone heard the new Dreamlights immersive mix? How is it? and does it include the newer intro? Still nothing posted yet on YouTube, because of the ban I’m guessing.

Disney keeps blocking the uploads, some people just uploads it on Soundclound. (Wear Headphones or Earphones).

Honestly, I really loved Disneyland more than Disney Sea. After visiting in May and having a lot of time to think about it, I felt like Disney Sea was a little lacking. The thrill rides and all were cool, but I felt like there were so few big attractions. I hope that Fantasy Springs hits it out of the park. By 6pm I rode basically every ride I could have, I had premier access of course but still was surprised.

The attraction list for TDL just is so fantastic, so many contrasting rides and the exclusive attractions and themeing really brought such a good impression on me.

TDS had been left to stagnate a bit. It really was a wonder and real game changer when revealed. Especially since it's a unique park with modern large scale entrapments that actually had a budget.

But it's a pre-cursor in some ways to the Potters, Pandoras, Radiator Springs, Galaxy Edge's and even some of the notable pieces SDL did. By no means has TDS somehow gotten worse, it's just been stuck as a lot of the other parks and projects significantly closed the gap.

Like this project is quite literally over 10 years in the making. Frozen Land was announced in 2014 as the 8th port. The plans kicked off when the parks absolutely rebounded beyond expectation in 2012/13 post Fukushima. Worth the wait perhaps, but horrendously long gesticulating.

In a different timeline B&TB should have opened in 2019. The 8th port around 2020 and then the Tomorrowland / this major scaled project in 2025/26 or so.

It's again not that it has gotten less impressive, just everything else has gotten more so. JTTCOE was unequivocally the one of, if not the best attraction in the world two decades ago. Now I don't think someone would be wrong if it was not in their top ten.
