Today marks the 2nd anny. of the Costa Concordia Tragedy.

Two years ago the Costa Concordia struck a partially submerged rock and end up on her starboard side, aground, on the rocky coast.

The tragedy was due to the actions of a poor man as Master and the poor management of the line.

I would ask everyone to take a minute and remember the 32 lost souls.

I DVR'd the documentary about the righting of the ship. I want to say it was on the Smithsonian Channel. They really did a good walk-thru of the tragedy as it unfolded interviewing passengers, Giglio residents, and family members of some of the lost. The one family that stood out was the husband & daughter of the woman who's remains were finally recovered after the ship was righted. Such a wasteful tragedy that was so avoidable. I'm not even going to go into the POS of a captain. I have faith that God will handle those who refuse to be responsible for their actions. Right?
