Tapestry of Nations was so poignant, and beautiful!
I remember seeing the first parade on tape, and the second version live.
As a puppeteer myself, these sorts of things really inspire me!

Again...Tapestry was one of those amazing things at EPCOT that brought a sense of Community even more than IASW. And it brought Joy and Hope too. The music was fabulous too.

Even if they never ever bring it back...I feel they should at least bring back something like it.
I don't recall when WDW stopped having wonderful parades, but I never waste time watching any of them anymore (even my beloved MSEP is crappy now)
I think if they had something along the lines of Tapestry, I would go to Epcot just to see it.

Weird...I was craving fries today...but I realized what I really wanted was FIGARO FRIES!

Man, those were so good. And so bad!

Gooey cheese sauce, lettuce tomatoes, and tons of ranch dressing.

I remember the first time I had them, and how disgusting they looked...but oh how good they tasted!
We would get them and sit in Fantasyland and people watch while we devoured them.

Figment rocks! Did you ever hear the story that the character was made up from and old Magnum PI episode? I heard it on a tour. Sounds true and is a great reason to go watch some old 80's TV shows again. 80's rule !!!

Not a ride, I miss Spectromagic. It was just so awesome. I like the music so much better than the Main Street Electrical Parade. That parade is good but I really prefer Spectromagic.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that misses Spectromagic. I mean I know MSEP is a classic so I thought it was blasphemy to say that it's not my favorite. It's good but I have such great memories of Spectromagic.

And I also miss Celebrate a Dream Come True parade because I never got to actually see it live. And the Share a Dream Come True parade was pretty cool too.

But now I know I will get to see the Festival of Fantasy Parade really soon!

I miss the original Journey Into Imagination every single day!! I wish Disney would bring it back! Btw, did anyone hear about the new Dreamfinder & Figment comics coming out this June?! In super excited for them and will definitely be getting them this summer! I hate Dr. Nigel Channing and The Imagination Institute with a passion aswell!! Heck, I can't even stand Honey, I Shrunk the Audience because I hate The Imagination Institute and Dr. Nigel Channing so much! If it weren't for that terrible show they wouldn'tve changed my favorite ride of all time and if be able to see it in person still!
