Thank you so much for your kind words, your prayers and your support. You don't know how much they mean to me and all of us here in America at this time. To know that we have such good friends thinking and praying for us across the Atlantic is a joy and comfort. I am still awaiting word from a friend that worked (excuse me, works) in lower Manhattan and an Uncle-in-law that works at the Pentagon as a Naval advisor. I'm hoping that they are just part of the rescue effort at this point and haven't had an opportunity to get to a phone or computer. I can tell you at this point that my Wife and I and completely and utterly exhausted both mentally and emotionally. We are both still holding out hope but that hope is fading with each passing day.
You now are beginning to see faces and hearing names in this horrific event. There is now more of a human element and not just buildings and airplanes that have been destroyed. Whole families, companies, groups of friends, co-workers are gone in a blink of an eye. The American Government must strike fast, they must strike hard and they must continue to strike until these Bastards are gone. I can only hold out faith that there is a greater purpose for this kind of loss of innocent lives. Maybe this is what finally brings the rest of the World together. What finally unites countries to one common goal.....to join together and wipe out terrorism and to ultimately live in peace. We can only dream..................
