TNA Wrestling Leaving Universal Studios Florida

I don't see why TNA's return should stop WWE from doing the HoF thing... they'll have a wrestling fanbase coming onto property for both, and TNA tapings sure didn't stop WWE from running Axxess INSIDE USF during Wrestlemania 24 weekend while TNA was taping on the same days.

If nothing else, I don't think Vince McMahon's ego would allow it.

when I worked in the production building at UO in 2006-2007 there would often be classic wrestlers about on TNA taping days. i was so star struck meeting Kevin Nash! and one time i found an entire TNA script in the ladies washroom upstairs.

Doesn't the WWF film some kind of wrestling show at a college in Orlando?

Yes, usually with a couple of Panda or Polar Bears. Good times.

leaving UNI was one of TNA's biggest financial mistakes. heck, i lived about 35-45 minutes from orlando and i had a powerpass so me and my then girlfriend would go up after work to spend a few hours in the park then go over and watch TNA because it was included in the pass and im a wrestling fan, i know a lot others that did the same thing.

as a bussiness they have no clue what the heck their doing, going on the road hoping Hogans name could draw crowds. they have storylines that are either horrible or the ones that are decent they screw it up somehow or just cancel it without finishing it. I really disliked the whole Aces and Eights thing, from the get go i just saw it as a complete NWO knockoff and had no interest.

they give all these old WCW head guys power but failed to remember that WCW went belly up under their direction for a reason.

but i sure did enjoy going to UNI and being able to see hogan, sting, hardy, angle, the dudleys etc since i grew up idolizing them.


at UNI whenever i went it was a full crowd, why fix something that wasn't broke?

They film NXT at Full Sail in Winter Park about once a month.

What days are they taping at USF? the 21st and 22? Ive never been to a taping at USF & I have a few questions
- Is taping all day long? Or is at night?
- Is there a long queue line to wait in? Is it equivalent to an attraction line?
- How long is a taping? Can you leave when you get bored?

they used to be live every thursday nights around 8pm, it did not cost any extra but you wanted to get in line around 6-630 because a lot of people wanted to attend i think i remember they opened doors to get in around 7. i never left during the show but im sure you could of left if you wanted to.

but doesn't matter anymore, they brilliantly decided that going on the road and performing for half empty arenas was better than having a full crowd every week in Orlando, they no longer perform weekly in USF.

oh i must of skipped over that part of your post, my bad haha. my post on the times is what it used to be but since their doing a 2 day taping i have no clue, try checking UNI's website under entertainment, it should list what time the shows will be as it used to in the past.
