Tips needed for my boss's trip

You didn't say if he was staying on property or not, and how long he will be there. With him leaving in two weeks it's going to be hard to get ADR"s at the more popular spots for a resonable dinner time. Explain counter service, and table service to him. have him check out the menues on allearsnet.com so you can select counter service spots at each of the parks. Like has been mentioned before explain the transportation system, fast pass, and highlight the must do rides for him. Tell him not to be intimidated by the size of the resort, if you have never been there before it can be overwhelming. You can purchase most items that he will need at the resort, but tell him it will be 4 times the cost of what he paid for them at home. Perfect example, sunscreen, I got caught without it, purchased it at WDW, a very small tube was ten dollars. Make sure an tell him he can't see it all no matter how many days he is there. Take a laid back pace, and take breaks when you feel like it. The most important thing is, if you have any questions about something, ask a CM anywhere. You may not always get the correct answer but if you ask several of them you can pick the answer that you like best.

He is staying off property near Seaworld and he will be going with his wife and two children. They will be there for one week.

I have given him four pages of tips. I listed what attractions are worth seeing and little tips where to see fireworks and which direction to walk.

Do they have the "hopper" option? It's always nice to go to another park if one's really busy or to break up the day. If they're near Sea World they probably won't want to go all the way back to the hotel for an afternoon break.
