Well I have completed 3 of the college programs so far and new question came up in my recuiting session. If one is accepted into the CP as a full service food and beverage, what happens with tips? I had neighbor whose role was full service at the coral reef but never asked about tips. However I have some friends on the icp who kept their tips but weren't paid a tipped wage but the normal rate all CPs do. Any ideas on what happens to tips acquired as a normal Cp in a tipped position?

I dont believe that CPs are placed in roles where they can be tipped. I have a friend who is on her second program and she got full service but she's hostess. I seem to remember her saying something about that was the only role available for CPs. I'm sure it has something to do with unions and such.

CPs are not put into tipped postions for FSFB.

i had a roomate from france who worked at chef de france. i remember he was allowed to keep his tips. its funny, we payed $72 a week for rent, and charged him $115 because they knew he was making tips and figured he could afford it.
