I'm assuming it's a tip board like the one installed in FW East. At least now you'll be able to see what the FastPass times are for Soarin' before going all the way inside.

True, but unless you're headed into the park or coming off of Spaceship Earth, it's out of your way to go there and see what the wait times are (especially if you're coming in from World Showcase)

I'm waiting for the day when Disney jumps on the text-message bandwagon (though they appear to have started already with the Laugh Floor) and you can send "Epcot" or "MK" to a number, and it'll reply back with the current wait times of all the rides (or at least the major ones) in the park... Either a free service, or charge a small fee for it.

Yes, but the newer tip boards also display the current fastpass times, and their location is so much more convenient if you are trying to go between M:S, TT, and Soarin'.
