It's hard to tell for sure without a closer picture but all the details I can make out match the one that was on the spinner.

Just curious, and suprised sites like Miceage(orlando parkhopper, dateline disneyworld) haven't put any photos of the sign up, and that WDWMAGIC hasn't had a news update with it with better pictures.

The feather replaced the whip quite some time ago. Apparently, some parents were terrified that their little darlings would be traumatized by the sight of a whip and think that Timothy was flogging poor little Dumbo.

A photo on one of the other threads shows Timothy facing one of the spinners, rather than straight out (away from the tent), as shown in the two photos linked at the top of this thread.

So, it looks like he's animated...
