Timing your fast pass

Hi all,

I appreciate the answer to this May be seasonal but when I'm in WDW from 25/9 to 10/10, I'd like to ride some of the popular rides like thunder mountain, test track, etc at dusk/night. If sunset is around 7:15, what time is good to get your fast pass slot?

If you want to know when it will be good and dark, check and see what time the Main Street Electric Light Parade (MSELP) is scheduled.

In the MK - if you can't get a FP+ for after dark, hit the desired attraction(s) during the MSELP (be careful not to get "stuck" on the wrong side of the parade route), during Wishes, or during evening EMH.

Epcot (Test Track) - you either need to select Test Track in the late evening as your first-tier FP+ (I wouldn't), or if going standby, use the single rider line to minimize your wait. You likely won't be able to get a day-of FP+ for this attraction, even during a lower crowd season.
