I don't like to bump old threads, but is this confirmed as open right now? I've heard little to nothing about it being open, mostly just WOL stuff.

I was there on Saturday, December 24th and it was open. What startled me was hearing the Timekeeper part of the TTA spiel as I walked into Tomorrowland! You only hear the bit about the Metropolis Science Center and the he'd love to take the time to take you through time bit when the ride is open. Since it's not been open since basically last year this time, it was startling to hear it again! They also had the clock outside counting down until the next show time and the red LED sign circling text saying it was open. The Incredibles and Buzz Lightyear Meet-and-Greet signs were still up front but I saw Buzz off by the rocks near the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station. (I didn't see the Incredibles outside anywhere.)

So yup! It was definitely open Christmas Eve.

yeah timekeeper has been, and will be running for a few days.

However, I have yet to see the LED circle sign say anything about Timekeeper. Its all still still talks about the characters.

We were there on both the 24th (afternoon and evening) and 25th (late evening) and saw no signs of TK being open. By the sounds of things on here, it may have been open briefly at some point; and we missed it. However, we heard the TK spiel throughout the previous week. It kept getting us excited, thinking that TK would be open. Disappointing!!

I went and saw it on the 24th around 9:30am.. the most disappointing thing was that the pre-show volume was turned off. I asked the cast member running the show about it, and I got an earful about how Attraction management lost a discussion with Photography management. So there was no volume for the preshow and no close caption monitors in the preshow because they would interfere with the Meet and Greet picture opportunity still going on in the front part of the lobby. The Incredibles walked passed us waiting for the show, when it was time for their break.

I was a little suprised the CM said all that to me... but it was interesting anyway.

This poor attraction gets no respect but it was fun hearing Robin Williams again. The attraction didn't even look open really. They only had one door open for it. :veryconfu

By the time the previous show ended there were maybe 15 people waiting to see the show. One heard one mom remark to her children as the show started, 'He sounds like Genie.' Hmmm wonder why.

Anyway, thats my Timekeeper report from Dec 24th. Sorry for the delay.

That's absolutely disgusting to me. Didn't want to give volume to the preshow because it would interfere with the meet and greets? That has to be disapointing and hurtful to any hardcore Timekeeper fans that might have been there mainly to see the attraction again.

And before I get jumped on, I know Disney is just doing what they feel is the best business decision here. I understand that, but it still sucks for fans of the attraction who wanted to see the preshow (Which I think is very well done).

They even had the emergency exit door open past the Nine Eye holographic display when you make your left turn down to the theater. A CM was positioned there with an exit sign, so even if you were to leave the Meet and Greets you wouldn't be mistaken to see the Timekeeper. :zipit:

The sandwich style board wasn't outside advertising the show, the LCD sign was still programmed for the characters, and a CM/Exit sign before you enter the preshow area. Disgraceful and a shame that Disney has little to no respect for it.
