Time I can start pulling fast passes

I know it is 60 days out if I am staying on site. However, I forgot what time I can start pulling fast passes. I know it use to be at the stroke of midnight and then I think it changed to 2 hours after the last park closed, but I think it has changed again and I do not remember what it changed to. Please help me out.

Maybe it was a glitch on our end this past Sunday but we tried at 7:00 and it did not work. After trying for about 5 minutes I thought I would give it one last try before going back to bed until 7:55 (I was starting to think it was 8 and not 7) and it finally worked. Got everything we wanted!!

Glad you got it in. I've run into times when Disney's site is slow to load the fastpasses... by as much as 15-30 minutes. So it's not totally abnormal to have it not work at first.
