If you're talking by bus, 15-20 minutes? Depends on traffic, and waiting times. maybe 25 max.

If you meant driving car...probably a hair faster.

If memory serves me when we stayed at the contemporary, and went to AK, it took over 30 minutes.

I would say 25 minutes for travel time + 20 minutes for the bus to arrive if you show up to the stop right after a bus departs. I would give myself a minimum of 45 minutes if taking disney transportation

Yes. Parking is included in the resort fee. And yes, there is plenty of parking at AK at 9:30 or any other time.

If you are thinking bus and you have, say a dinner reservation, you should plan on ~45-60min to be safe....if you need a more accurate and shorter timeframe, just hop in a taxi... usually ~$11 one-way...
