Apparently, it's REALLY difficult. And when they do, it's as though it was by accident and they have no idea what made it successful and there's nothing to learn that might help them ever do it again.

But I think it goes back to man of steel. It was shot as a Nolan movie…which was lauded for Batman. But then when they made that movie it was panned as “too Nolan”
