Tickets for MVMCP

I have a few questions about MVMCP. The first is, we do not AP's yet, but will before we go in December. Is there a certain amount of tickets alloted for AP's making them sell out quicker?

The second is, do they actually sell out? Should we buy them as far in advance as possible? Can I buy them now and have the price adjusted after we get our AP's?

When we went in 2001, they were not sold out, we did buy them only 3 weeks before we went. They have the party on many days so think that helps with the selling out too.

I know that for Night of Joy this year all the tickets were sold out, so you couldn't buy them the night of. Buses actually only took you if you already had your tickets

They sell a limited number of tickets per MNSSHP in order to keep the crowds reasonable for a more exclusive experience. So it is possible for it to sell out. You should probably buy in advance because you wouldn't want to make the drive and then not be able to get into the event.

There are a limited number of tickets available for MVMCP irregardless of an AP rate being available or not. No official number has ever been given but estimates are in the 20,000 range or roughly the capacity of the parade route. Unlike MNSSHP which will always sell out on Halloween I do not know of a specific day that MVMCP commonly sells out on. Quite honestly, even though I am sure it happens, I can not for the life of me remember the last MVMCP that did sell out. With that being said I would go ahead and get your tickets as soon as you can but I would not treat it with the same urgency that you would an ADR for Le Celleir or CRT.

The number of AP discount tickets is also limited. If you know you are going to go and know the date you are going, buy your tickets ASAP.

You do not get reimbursed for any discounts once you purchase your ticket.
