I think the ticket windows open 30 minutes prior to park opening.As for closing Im not sure

If you are looking to purchase I suggest you do it online and convert that to a ticket at the kiosks. Those are operating from dawn to midnight or later. I have never seen them closed.
Plus there is a discount for buying online

If, from your last post, you are looking to pick up AP tickets, buy them online and go to Guest Services to activate them. I believe they are open 30 minutes after park close.

Ticket desks at the Hotels operate outside those hours and the kiosks are open to pick up pre purchased tickets. Ticket window is the last place I would go if I could avoid it.
