Ticket snafu

In order to get the free dining plan, I got reservations & tix Aug 13 - 19. Since 7 day tix are the best deal, I got those & added the 6 days of water parks & more. That's 13 "admissions." Knowing we couldn't use those in 6 days, I added another reservation for Aug 9 - 13.
I just called to find out how to get my tix. They said I couldn't have them until I checked in on my Aug 13 reservation ( 2 different resorts).
How can I get my tix so I can use them when I get there?
Thanks!

If you booked one as a package and one as a room you can't get the tickets from the package on just the room part. I don't think there is anything you can do with it due to it all being done on the package.

I called & someone on the phone said that I could go to Guest Relation at any of the parks & ask them to download the tickets. She was real "non-committal" about the whole thing - said they may or may not do it, but they can.
Does anyone have experience doing this? Where is the best place to go?

Magic Kingdom Guest Services is good choice

If you need help with ticketing issues at WDW, I recommend Magic Kingdom's Guest Services. They were able to upgrade the 10 day MYW ticket with no expiration that I bought last November to an Annual Pass last month so I could take advantage of the incredible AP discount at Beach Club. I called WDW Ticketing Services and explained my situation to a terrific CM (Sara) who said that they could backdate the annual pass to when the original MYW ticket was issued and I would just need to pay the difference. She recommended (more like emphatically stated) that I go to Magic Kingdom to do the exchange. Sara said that MK had more latitude/experience in changing tickets and it would be easier there. It worked like a charm!

However, if you purchased the package and your room-only reservation precedes your package you may be in a pickle.

Good luck!
