Hi, can anyone help please? We're in the UK looking at coming over on the 18th October this year. We're wanting to order Frequent Fear Passes for HHN but are worried our trip may be cancelled as America still isn't letting us in yet. I don't want to pay for two passes and lose the money as it says none refundable on the website.
I wanted to speak to somebody at Universal to see whether in these circumstances they would refund but I'm struggling. There's no UK phone number I can find and no email address I can find. If I click on 'contact us' to email them it wants me to download software to do so which I don't really want to do.
Does anyone have an email address or UK number so I can try asking them?
