Ticket question

Quick question. When we were down for the UCA competition, we bought a separate 3 day ticket for our daughter since her pass from the UCA was only for 3 days. We can't remember if we used any of it because we cut our trip short due to her getting sick. Is there a way to call Disney or go on their site to check to see if the ticket has been used?

The only way you can find out what is left on the ticket is at guest services at one of the parks or DTD.

Yeah, I just chatted with a rep and they said it needed to be scanned down there. Doesn't do us any good because it might have an impact of what kind of package we might have to rearrange.

If your plan is to get fewer days on the tickets in your package if your daughter's ticket can be used, you can always book your package so that everyone has the lesser number of days.

Then after you arrive and check in, you can add days to those peoples' tickets that require them (including your daughter's if her 3-day ticket can't be used).
