ticket question any help appreciated

Ok Haven't been to WDW in a LONG time - planning a trip late 2015 or 2016 and wanted to get some information regarding purchasing tickets. Can I purchase my tickets today and will they be good when we get to WDW? I understand the whole "no expiration" feature, I'm talking about purchase today and not use until then? Thanks

Correct.

I do need to qualify that be stating that this refers to your basic tickets. Some special Florida resident tickets, military tickets, etc can have usage dates applied to them.

What I refer to as basic tickets are simply the ones that anyone can get without any kind of qualifier like residency, employment, military service, etc.
