Ticket pickup question.

Headed out to our first Universal Orlando vacation on 8-26. We're arriving in Orlando around 5:30 pm and wont be hitting the parks till 8-27. Can we access a kiosk to get our tickets on the night that we arrive? Or do we need to wait until the day the tickets are issued for?

Are you staying on Uni property? If so, you should get your tickets when you check-in, and you can pick up your express passes at a kiosk in the lobby. If not, I don't know.

Yes you can and if there are any issues with the kiosks just walk over to guest services which will be open til park scheduled closing time outside the park.

Uni package but off property. Staying at Comfort Inn & Suites on Canada Ave. I was hoping there may be someplace at Citywalk we could pickup our tickets for the next day.
