Hi All!

My DH and I honeymooned in 2005 at Disney. We bought the tickets and then got two nights at the GF as we were staying off site the rest of the time. We purchased the Park Hopper and Fun tickets. And we have one day left for the "and More" on said tickets. However, I thought I knew where they were - and now... I can't find them! I have looked everywhere! I thought I had scarpbooked them but nope...probably didn't do that since I knew there were tickets left on them. Looked in the safe - looked with our other tickets - looked in my jewelry box! Ahhh! Has anyone ever had any luck getting replacement tickets from Disney? Is there any way to prove that they were not all used? Any tips and advice would be great!!!! Thanks in advance!! :sohappy:

The only was yo to prove your statement would be if Disney somehow tied the tickets to an account and you knew how you paid for them and had the original reciept. But I think if you dont find them your out of luck:o

In theory, if you booked using your credit card or home address they should be able to reprint the tickets at Guest Relations. All the information on the tickets would still be in the system, since no-expire tickets have to be accepted by the turnstiles. It's a matter of whether you can provide specific enough information for them to isolate your specific tickets in the system. No guarantees, but worth asking when you're next there.

Yes - this happened to me a few years ago. We had the original credit card used to purchase the tickets, you have to have that. You'll need ID to match the credit card. You will need to know the date (at least the month/year and approximate date) they were purchased, and what days you previously used them. They asked us which parks we went into and we had to think back & remember everything.

All of that information matched, and they were able to print us new ones with the remaining days left. Like I said this was years ago, so I don't know what the system is like now. I know on the back of the tickets it says they aren't responsible for lost tickets, so technically they don't have to do anything. But I think they will do their best to help you out :)

I do know that they will replace your ticket if you still have the original receipt. I was told by guest services back in 2007 when I upgraded my ticket to the no expiration option to keep the receipt in case I ever lost the ticket and they would be able to replace the ticket.

The trick to keeping your receipt until you no longer need it and not losing it is easy. If you buy the ticket in the park, put the receipt in your wallet, when you get home scan the receipt using your home scanner and save the image on your computer. You can also ask them what numbers they would need off of the receipt to look up you ticket and write those numbers down somewhere safe.

I just went through this same scenario with the missplaced unused tickets myself. I looked in the same places you did, not in the dresser drawer by the jewerly box & not scrapbooked or with other old tickets that could be scrapbooked. It was driving me crazy that I was going to have to pay for admission to Blizzard Beach when we had those unexpired tickets somewhere. I finally thought of another place that they could be, with the folders that you get when you check in to the resort and they were with the last trips MYW receipt in the plastic folder. Great place to keep them when we were going on our last trip, but I didn't get them out and back in the drawer where they have always been, so maybe yours could be in the folder you got at check-in. Good Luck on finding them or getting them replaced!!!

Just an update on the lost ticket... so I called and talked to the ticket people again asking if there was anything that they could do being that I only had my key to the kingdom card. She said no that I did need a cc info or receipt. So I took out the box that goes with our honey moon scrap book and dug through the receipts to see if I could find the the tix receipt. I didn't find it...but i had written down the conf # for the tix purchase. I called right back gave this number and at first she said it didn't come up. But then she put me on hold - and came back and said that she found it! So the tickets are being replaced! YEAH! :sohappy: Just a reminder... also keep those confirmation numbers!! ha ha :ROFLOL:
