Hi All,
I'm planning a trip to Disney World in May this year. All is going well and I've managed to organise most things already.
I do have a couple of questions that I'm hoping people here might be able to answer.
I've organised my Disney tickets locally here in Australia. I know I'll get a voucher that I will need to exchange for the actual Disney tickets when I arrive at one of the parks.
I have also organised a breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table for around 0830. This was to be day 1 at any of the resorts. My question is (I know I took a long time getting to it
) how early in the day can I exchange the voucher for the actual ticket so I can get into the park. Given I have an early reservation, I'm thinking it might be tight (if not impossible) to get to the Magic Kingdom, exchange the voucher for the ticket and get transportation to the castle in time for and 0820 reservation. Any thoughts/advice here.
My more realistic plan is that I will go to the Magic Kingdom the day before for the sole reason of exchanging the voucher for the ticket at the ticket counter. This will just give us more time and given we are spending day one settling in, it would be more 'stress free'. My question doing it this way is, am I able to drive in and park somewhere to get the ticket only - without having to pay the $14 car park fee?
Thanks in advance, it's been 17 years since my wife and I have been to WDW and it's the first time with our 2 daughters, we're counting down the days
