Yesterday.

Despite the gap (breakdown? weather? <shrug>), they beat the average.

So I find these charts helpful if you get a BG to know about what time you may be called.

But unless we know how many people are in each BG, we don't know how many people are actually riding unless someone is there with a clicker. I think we had this same discussion about TRON and RotR - are they consistent in the number of people with each BG? Do they start shrinking the # of people as the day progresses to make it look like the same number of people? Is this dynamic such that if the day is going well, they can keep having larger BGs, but if it goes down for 5 hours, they start putting fewer and fewer people in the BGs?

I just don't think that this chart, in a vacuum, can be used as evidence that the ride is operating as efficiently as a new ride should be operating. And I think the fact that it's still using the VQ is proof of that, as Disney said they didn't think it would be on VQ for long.

FWIW, I think that as long as reliability is this shoddy, it SHOULD be on VQ. Just like Rise. Better to be able to do other things while in this VQ than stand in line for an hour or more just to have the ride go down. Which this one is doing regularly.

Note: VQ updates will be paused for a few days, will be going on a 5-day cruise vacay.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but…Honest question…do surveys indicate guests *like* the VQs? Because I don’t know many people personally who do. I understand it for brand new rides to manage demand…but I can’t for the life of me understand why Tron, Guardians and now Tiana’s are still operating with VQ when the general public is increasingly letting Disney know that planning a Disney vacation has become too complicated/complex. Would appreciate some insight on this…

I personally despise the VQs.

Question on reeding the VQ - have people had luck returning after their return window (like Guardians) or are they stricter about staying in your window (like Tron)?

There is leeway with late returns. Tiana’s and Guardians have a greater capacity/throughput than TRON, which is likely the reason for accommodating late arrivals.
