There's your answer. First two outages were about 15 mins median. The others lasted around 2 hours.

Thrill-data.com had a total of 111 minutes of delay time for that day.

I'm not exactly sure about the last one. Could be either they ran out of BGs to call (which I doubt) or they never reopened through park close at 10pm, so technically 3 hours.

I put 9pm because usually they stop calling BGs 1 hour before park close.

IIRC the progression of boarding groups stopped a little before 10pm that day.

They didn't count the last "stoppage" that lasted 'til park close in their delay time total I guess.

That's what I was hoping for, that the track/ride itself gets completely refurbished. Did Disney do that, or simply change the theme/animatronics from Splash to Tiana?

TBA's hours today are listed until 11pm with official park close and I don't think it's going to be open during EEH.

I would say Tron strict, but if there's downtimes before your BG is called, they somewhat become lenient.
