I remember reading some time ago on these boards about a site that sells fan made shirts for the rides. They had them for those such as the TTA and Space Moutain and Thunder Mtn. I searched for it but couldn't find it for some reason and was hoping someone would know what I'm talking about and be able to relink me. If you could, or even just give me suggestions or places you've found I'd appreciate it!

You shouldn't let any Disney-official hear about this. Selling any kind of selfmade attraction-related merchandise without license is illegal and violates the trademarks and copyrights held by Disney.

I've always wondered why Thunder Mt. RR doesn't have a gift shop, like all of the other major attractions do.

You shouldn't let any Disney-official hear about this. Selling any kind of selfmade attraction-related merchandise without license is illegal and violates the trademarks and copyrights held by Disney.

But the Disney merchandising executives are clueless, for the most part, and have no idea what the guests want.

They just fling junky things out there and hope something sticks.

They absolutely, positively have no way to track what guests would have purchased had it been available.

The stuff on the eBay site in no way violates any trademarks or copyrights. Nothing on any of those shirts can be copyrighted. No names, logos, or anything else that the Walt Disney Company has the rights to are used in the WDW Virtual Visit Shop. the Walt Disney Company is well aware of wdwvirtualvisit.com, and it's eBay store selling fan shirts.

The stuff on the cafepress site, however, does violate laws. The Epcot Center shirt in particular, has many logos on it that cannot be used without permission.
