Thoughts on whether Disney will add a 3rd theme park in the US (perhaps Midwest/east coast?)

What with today's announcement of a park being developed, by someone else, under Disney guidance, in the middle east - this tells us how Disney management is thinking - have someone else build it and Disney will help - but no $$$ go into it.
Expand by using someone else's $$ - if it fails -- Disney does not get the loss.

They also won't get the massive reward if it's a success. However, I do think there is a limit to the tourist $ in the UEA, so they must not think it will eat too much into their other resorts.

I've been reading on other forums that the UAE parks are more showpieces than commercial successes.

Some of the ride POV videos I've seen of some rides at the other UAE parks show almost deserted parks.

I'm sure Disney Abu Dhabi will overtake Hong Kong as the least visited Disney park but I'm not sure that the UAE cares.
