This Really Blows... Tropical storm force winds that is!

Ok, so Chicago & Milwaukee are just entering a firece wind storm that is going to last for at least 10hours... Winds blowing steady above 50mph... this is a steady wind... not a mear wussy gust...lol

10-15ft waves on lake michigan... time to go surfing! lol

So I expect to have no power when I get home tonight. And some very large branches in my yard, and maybe on the roof of the house (I hope my car does not get damaged either)

I sooo dont feel like cleaning up after this storm

Ever been in a skyscraper as it sways back and forth in a wind storm, and you can feel it sway, and actually hear it creaking? Good Times! :lol:

CommEd reports 40,000 w/o power so far here.... But that number is growing.

60mph winds now!

this is the same storm that we are expecting to hit us during the night. Doesn't sound too good.
We live at the edge of the woods and there are a lot of dead trees around.
