As for the wild cats, you would be surprised how many feral cats there are. They hide during the day and after most of the people are gone they will forage for food (which there is an abundant supply of at a place like Disney World). They can be difficult to control the population of without being inhumane. Many places try to catch them, "fix" them, and then release them to help control rodent populations, but I don't know what Disney does.
