This morning I noticed that you now can select fastpass+ on the new MDE application for Iphone.

I do believe that this hints again at a full release in the very near future.

MDE updated on my Android last night too. I don't have any active MB reservations, so I didn't notice anything for FP+

You have been able to do FP+ with the app for awhile now. The new update was not for that.

You are correct only those who could make fastpass+ could access the page previously, now anyone can access the page and only those testing can make fast passes.
