I just pulled up the same info. It's for a suite, not a room:

Family Suite (AB) - 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed and 1 sleep sofa

Yeah. During the Peak Season (which we just entered, 2/14-3/29) the suite is $275 weekday, $295 weekend, $305 Presidents Day, $295 Easter.

I assume the listing just meant that the suites were the only thing still available at Music.
