Third water park?

Has anyone heard any rumors on a third water park?? Since it seems that River Country has been closed as a gated attraction I think it is time for Disney to start building a new major water park. I remember reading years ago that Disney had a third park on the drawing board to be built near the CB resort with a Mexican theme. I would love to see them build a park with one of those new water coasters that shoot riders up hill as well as down.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I heard that one of those water coasters is what the new attraction at Typhoon Lagoon is going to be. I highly doubt it though. The source it comes from is not that reliable, but I'm throwing it out there to see if anyone else has heard that.

...no its not....the annoucnment on the 18th is not a press event..its just going to confirm the new AP lounge at AK...

...why would they announce a new water park at an AK event anyway?

A mexican themed water park sounds really cool because you could slide through Mayan Ruins and stuff. (Sounds like it should be placed near Coronado Springs though...and with Blizzard Beach right up the road, it's not a very practical location). I do agree that they need another water park because the 2 they have become very very crowded. I also heard a rumor of a sports themed water park...I don't like this...I don't like the sports themed 5th park rumor either...HOW MUCH CAN YOU DO WITH SPORTS??? and another question...how are you going to make either of those parks interesting to people who DO NOT like sports? If you want to do a sports themed water park, place it in the Wide World of Sports and make it just another "perk" to going there.

There have been rumors that land is being cleared right outside of WWS. It could be for a new sports water park. But then again it could be for anything.

I really doubt they will theme another water park with a catastrophe history behind. They already have a typhoon and a blizzard in the other two, a third park with the same idea would be TOO redundant.
