Think of 2 Fantasyland flat rides.

Actually, that is a good idea. The up and down motion can be like the tentacles waving around. Better yet, the cars could be themed as some kind of boat with Ursula in the center. And the boats are riding on the waves, Ursual car rise out of the center and Triton can come save the day!

I had a boss several years ag that looked just like Ursula! Acted a lot like her, too.

Yeah those rides are great. There is one at Six Flags Great America themed to a Crawfish, and it's really fun.

So far I have one ride themed to Mulan and the other to Sorcerer's apprentice. But since I have no little mermaid themed ride, I think the Tiltawhril will be it. (Tiltawhril is very similiar to the octopus ride)

You can make it a Tilt a Whirl ON the tentacles. The cars can be shells since they hace that Tilt a Whirl shape and go up and down on the tentacles while spinning around. IT'D BE COOL!

I like the shell idea!

I was also thinking you could have the fish swimming around it psouting water, and willows around the edge.

Better watch it, or we will give Eisner yet another idea for a Dumbo duplicate!
