Things looks so familiar here!

I've been a reader/poster to the DISboards discussion forums for about 6 months now. Today it the site seems to be down so I wandered around and ended up here

This website looks SO much like the DISboards! Is there a connection between the two? (besides WDW, of course)

Anyway, I love the expanded selection of smilies.

This is another Disney discussion group like the DIS. Many of us belong to both boards. This board is one of the ones which will be represented at the big Mousefest in December at WDW. Glad to have you here.

I beleive both use the same software for the boards. Although I'm sure a different revision, with different options set.

Each board has thier own benefits... I frequent both. DIS is larger in size... but WDW Magic is more like close family.

We all wish you could come Steve. That would be the highlight of the meet.

There is a thread about the meet and everything going on including the Mega Meet.

One thing I'm sure you'll notice... instead of having those HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE signatures, over here we keep ours short 'n simple. A nice touch, I think... since often times folks signatures on the DIS are 10x longer than the actual post.

Instead, over here, we have much larger sized Avatars that you can personalize

At the DIS I have the signatures turned off. So, yes, I have noticed how long they get. Sometimes my computer would just hang because of them.

Yes and, "Geez, how many 'ya got here?". Four is definitely over-the-top in the eyes of others who have less children or none at all, but I wouldn't have it any other way! :sohappy:
