I hate the fact that l should be at AKL right now but still stuck in England

I really hate that I don't have to stop for my luggage at the airport.
I really hate that I don't have to worry about renting a car by using ME
I really hate that I don't have to worry about how I am going to get to my destinations during my vacation
To sum it up: I really hate it that once I board the plane to Orlando, I really don't have anything to worry about.

I just read that the luggage puck up service is discontinued. Is this a permanent closure or just because of the virus shut downs?
