Things At WDW You Have Never Done Before

I'm planning a August WDW trip w/ my daughter (4), girlfriend and, I. I was just looking over A magic kingdom map and noticed, my last two trips I did not make it to Tom Sawyer Island. I'm trying to make a list of things I might have not experienced my last two trips (09,05). What are some of the hidden jems at wdw, things that are easily missed while on vacation. This trip will be 10days so I'm hoping for enough time to hit a lot of things missed on our last trip.

Some of the things already on my list are
Tom Sawyer island
Sake Bar at Epcot

I am almost embarassed to admit some of the things I haven't done before since I've been to the world more times than years I've been alive...
Fantasmic (which honestly I'm not too worried about seeing, just doesn't strike me)
Philharmagic
Teacups (motion sickness!)
Astro Orbiter
La Cava (tequilla bar in mexico, will DEF be making a stop here)
Most of the films in the world showcase

Wow - as I type this I realize I am very much a creature of habit!

Things I never skip, but find through conversation that a lot of folks do are:

MK - Tomorrowland Transit Authority
EPCOT - Innoventions
HS - One Mans Dream
AK - Festival Of The Lion King

There's so much that I haven't done. Five trips and we still haven't made it to Tom Sawyer Island. Here are some other things we haven't done in Disney World yet:

Magic Kingdom
Cinderella’s Golden Carousel
Country Bear Jamboree
Liberty Square Riverboat
Main Street Vehicles
The Enchanted Tiki Room
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Tomorrowland Speedway

EPCOT
Turtle Talk with Crush

Hollywood Studios
Studio Backlot Tour
The American Idol Experience
The Magic of Disney Animation

Animal Kingdom
Festival of the Lion King
Flights of Wonder
It’s Tough to be a Bug!
TriceraTop Spin
Wildlife Express Train

Downtown Disney
Characters in Flight
DisneyQuest

We've also never been to either of the water parks, never dined at a character meal, never played at one of Disney's miniature golf courses (or real golf courses, for that matter) and never used a PhotoPass, among many other things.

Tom Sawyer Island is awesome! There is a cave, the mine and an escape tunnel down by the fort. Also, if you go when they open look for a lost paintbrush and return to a CM. They usually reward you with a FP to Splash Mtn or BTMR.
Walk through the fairytale garden at MK, stop and smell the roses. Great pictures can be taken here of the family and the castle.
Make a wish in the well by the castle.
Have a great time!

Flights of Wonder, Festival of the Lion King and Philharmagic are all great shows that I just experienced for the first time on my last trip 2010. I also have never been on a backstage tour that is currently on my WDW bucket list.
