They updated to mobile version of the site (not the app, just like if you go to www.disneyworld.com on Safari on your phone) a couple days ago and I feel like it's been screwed up ever since. I got chat to work once last night...and I got GF and Contemporary rates to pull up, but that's it. Everything else said nothing available. Dining ressies are screwed up too.
How many adults and kids? Ages of kids?6/10-6/16 ish. I've tried on multiple devices.

2 adults and a 3 year old. I tried some other random dates and got the same message. It's just really hard for me to believe that the offer is already gone for the entire resort!!
With the offer ending on 6/15, that may be causing an issue....it shouldn't, but it may be.
Which resort? It's very possible that a resort is sold out. Some are much more popular than others. unless you are referring to the entire resort....and yes, I have seen an offer be completely sold out, especially when you are at the end of the offer date range.
I was able to look with those dates last week and it wasn't a problem! I even added on an extra night.
Contact a travel agent, they will call for you.
