Great thread OP.

After seeing this, I was discussing with Sam where on property we would want to do this. What "something" on property has the best chance of being there in 15/20/30 years from now.

Aww, I wish my parents would have done something like this for me and my brother. Only thing I could do is watch some old vacation tapes, find a spot we were filming and try to film in that same spot today. Love the pics though, and a good idea.

It was there in October. You can see changes in the sign in the two pictures. I am sure they have to replace it every "now and then".

Looking at people's pictures is making me teary-eyed, and they aren't even my kids. :lol:

They grow up quick, don't they?
