hello, we have purchased out theme park tickets from disney online, and they will send us a voucher to redeem when there to get our tickets, can we add it our room key instead so we have an all in one key? we are staying at all stars. 14 days in may, cant wait, need some sunshine.NOW.
ps whats happening in may?
flower festival, star wars weekend and there might be gay day whilst were there, any thing else? really wanted a p&p party , but have to wait and see for that one.

hi

I was there in September 08 and had the 14 day ultimate and it was added to my room key, didnt even need to show my virgin voucher it was already on my reservation when i checked in.

Perhaps it depends on how and where you bought the ticket, i have always got mine as part of my virgin holidays package and have always had the ticket on my room key. They cannot add it to swan and dolphin though but ive stayed at various disney resorts and the most recent was the Yacht club (longs to be there now!!)

I asked a friend who was a front desk CM for a number of years, she worked at 2 or 3 different resorts. She also confirmed that the 14 and 21-day tickets can be put on a room key. (When I mentioned the story of a CM crashing a reservation, she chalked it up to a poorly-trained CM)

Perhaps they can't exchange the voucher at the Front Desk, but once you have the actual ticket it sounds like it's no problem for an experienced front desk CM.

Correct. 14 and 21 day tickets can be put onto a room key AFTER exchanging your voucher for your paper ticket at one of the theme parks. The resorts cannot exchange your vouchers for tickets.

We have stayed at the polynesian 3 times, and each time we have had the DP and the 14 day pass and each was on our room key. We didn't ask for this, it was done at reception when we were given our keycards.

OK, just found one of the cards, and taken a quick photo.

We were there for 2 weeks, and our dining plan and park tickets were on the card.
