A cold day in Colorado calls for a hot bowl of something so for dinner tonight I made Barley and Chicken Chili. Recipe cam be found on the back of Quaker Barley box.

Cooked on my new pellet grill today for the first time. Honey sriracha pork tenderloin and pork chops. My wife made fried zucchini, mac and cheese and sour cream cornbread to go with the grilled pork.

I used to love seafood but can't eat it any more. Everything else looks really good. Never had truffle fries. That sounds intriguing.

I believe the fries were tossed in truffle oil and parm...very tasty.

Can't wait to see all the goodies coming off that pellet grill!

To start off this Thanksgiving break I made a little something I call Cali Strammer Max. Usually a German dish I make this version with a "Californian" twist with homemade guacamole, provolone cheese, sliced chicken and then top with an egg as usual. Kind of Germany meets Avocado toast.
