Made Biscuits and Gravy for dinner tonight! I used Vegetarian "fakey" Breakfast sausage. Was delicious!

edit: Also had an "drippy" egg (didn't make the plate when I took the picture) and a simple side salad.

Made Shepards Pie tonight. I made it with chicken sausage from the deli at Sprouts (removed from casings), ground turkey, onions, rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, diced tomatoes, green beans, and topped the Mashed potatoes with Smoked Gouda cheese.

I made breakfast for dinner again tonight. Big ole cathead biscuit with country ham, served with scrambled eggs and my own modified corned beef hash, topped with Tiger Sauce of course.

Modified corned beef hash: heat hash in non-stick pan with a little olive oil, add a quarter cup salsa, some Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with some black pepper, garlic and onion powder. Let it simmer out all the liquid and the potatoes in the hash start to get a little crispy. Much better than just the stuff right out of the can.
