I might note that Casa Garcia’s, Chuy’s and Chili’s are entirely too close to our house…

Chili’s from Friday evening…!!!
Chips and salsa, of course, and Carolyn and Matthew had the beef and chicken fajitas for two, and I had The Big QP Burger…the burger patty was cooked perfectly, with a nice bit of char on the outside and pink on the inside…!!!!!

Anchovies!

But, I love the plate!

I was first introduced to anchovies on pizza as a kid when we lived in No Cal. Loved ‘em then too, but if they’re cooked on the pizza they tend to dry out a bit, thus fresh from the tin…!!!!!
I’m no Andrew Zimmern, but I tend to be a bit of an adventurous eater…I’ve eaten many different things, such as rabbit, squirrel, armadillo, rattlesnake, and the list goes on…!!!!!
